Salary £51,010 per annum
Ocean Housing Group is seeking a permanent, full-time Property Services Manager within our Property Services team.
In this role, you will oversee our Planned Works division, ensuring all projects deliver value for money within budget constraints, including capital investment, planned preventative maintenance, and special projects. You will develop strategies for development and improvements, monitor performance data, and propose continuous improvements. Managing budgets and resources effectively, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality, customer-focused services.
Your responsibilities include:
You will ensure compliance with policies and work closely with the Senior Manager (Repairs & Planned Works) to develop risk management strategies and compliance registers, aligning with best practices to control assets and liabilities and mitigate risks.
