Role Description

This is a full-time Property Service Coordinator role, located in Burlington. The Property Service Coordinator will support the Property Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of properties, including communication with residents and property owners, organizing property maintenance and repair services, and delivering exceptional customer service. Additional tasks include providing administrative assistance such as handling property documentation, scheduling appointments, and coordinating with vendors and contractors.

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Property Management
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable working with multiple software platforms.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in project management or a related field are advantageous
