Job summary

Cadillac Fairview is seeking a Manager, Security & Life Safety to oversee security, resilience, and life-safety programs across a designated CF property in Canada. You will manage on-site contract teams, vendor SLAs, and ensure regulatory compliance, audits, and incident response readiness.

The role requires strategic leadership, budget management, and a track record of implementing security programs in a complex, customer-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of progressively responsible security experience.
• 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
• Experience managing contracts with service providers, including contract security.
• Licence (Provincial) or ability to obtain within 1 year is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operations of contract security and life safety teams with budget oversight.
• Develop and manage operating budgets and long-range capital forecasts for security.
• Lead incident response and post-incident reviews with reporting.
• Oversee security infrastructure projects and vendor performance adherence to SLAs.
• Ensure compliance with fire codes, safety regulations, and CF governance.
