Now we need you to help keep our project managers organized, our jobs on track, and our clients cared for from start to finish.

What You’ll Do:

·Be the right-hand support for our Project Managers

·Set up job files, assist with estimates, and help move jobs from emergency/repair to invoicing

·Coordinate schedules with trades, clients, and insurance reps

·Keep documentation tight and deadlines on track

·Be part of the team that helps people put their homes (and lives) back together

What We’re Looking For:

·A can-do attitude and a knack for staying organized

·Strong communication skills (you’re calm, clear, and professional—even under pressure)

·Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

·Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel

·Quick to learn and navigate job management software

·Must have strong English (spoken and written)

·Must live in Kamloops or surrounding area

·Signing bonus of $2,500 for successful applicant with demonstrated fluency in Xactimate
