Job summary

Onni is seeking a Part-Time Porter to support property management in Surrey. The role involves routine cleaning, litter removal, and upkeep of common areas, laundry rooms, and elevators. The position requires a high school diploma, strong attention to detail, and reliable time management.

You will work 4 days per week, roughly 6 hours weekly, with flexible scheduling to meet business needs. Competitive pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Litter pickup around exterior and interior of buildings.
• Vacuuming and cleaning of lobby, main entrances, and stairwells.
• Clean lobby glass, doors and mirrors.
• Clean laundry room and adjacent washroom.
• Manage garbage areas and keep container surroundings clean.
• Sweep and vacuum storage rooms, workshops and electrical rooms.
• Clean and wipe elevator components and doors.
• Turnover cleaning of suites and post-contractor cleanup.
• Damp wipe elevator walls and fire doors as needed.
• Proactively alert management to on-site issues.
