Job summary

Broadstreet Properties Ltd. is seeking a versatile Painter to maintain the appearance of our apartment and townhome communities in the Saskatchewan Regional Office, Saskatoon.

You will own painting standards for vacated units and ensure market-ready finishes on schedule. The role requires 2+ years in painting, knowledge of painting tools and techniques, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and travel between sites.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of painting experience required.
• Knowledge of tools, equipment, materials, and painting techniques.
• Skilled in preparation and application of paints and stains.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and use ladders.
• Well organized, able to work with urgency and under pressure, safety focused.
• Strong reading and following of instructions.
• Willing and able to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and paint vacated apartments and complete paperwork.
• Perform major repaint projects in hallways, common areas and office spaces as directed.
• Communicate with supervisor about priority apartments needing paint.
• Repair damages in walls, caulks, tubs and tiles.
• Keep brushes, rollers, and equipment clean and return to storage.
• Perform other duties as required.
