You will own painting standards for vacated units and ensure market-ready finishes on schedule. The role requires 2+ years in painting, knowledge of painting tools and techniques, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and travel between sites.

Broadstreet Properties Ltd. is looking to add a Painter to our team in the Saskatchewan Regional Office, Saskatoon, SK! As a Painter, you will be responsible for maintaining all aspects of the perception and appearance of our apartment and townhome properties. You will own the painting standards in all vacated apartments and other areas of our buildings and see that they are painted to "market ready" status in a timeliness manner.
