The property management team is responsible for maintaining RBI's North American properties. The Property Manager is responsible for all property management-related concerns within their specific region. Responsibilities include the review and Reconciliation of accounts, SOAs & validating the integrity of the data within the designed software system, accurate and timely reporting, administration of monthly rent, CAM, Taxes and property management escalations. Reporting to the Senior Property Manager, this role works closely with the Operations team, Lease Administration, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, Development, Finance and Accounting.
Base salary range of $75,000 – $90,000CAD.
Base salary for this position may vary based on relevant factors such as experience, education, location, and skills.
This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual discretionary bonus plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the incentive program, based on individual and company performance metrics.
RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Successful candidates will be expected to work onsite 5 days per week. This posting is for a position vacant immediately.
