Job summary

HighView Partners is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a GTA office portfolio and support retail properties during a six-month contract. You will manage approximately 15 retail properties, focusing on tenant relationships, operations, budgeting, and reporting.

Some travel to sites will be required to become familiar with assets across the GTA and Cambridge, with an established support team behind you.

Our client is a leading Canadian commercial real estate owner and manager seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a GTA office portfolio and support their retail portfolio on a six-month contract. Created to provide additional support during a particularly busy period, this opportunity is ideal for an experienced retail Property Manager looking to make an immediate impact within a stable, well-run organization.

Your Role

Reporting to senior leadership, you will assume responsibility for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of approximately 15 retail properties, primarily multi-tenant shopping centres located throughout the GTA and Cambridge. While the majority of your portfolio is based in the GTA, initial site visits will allow you to become familiar with each asset before transitioning to periodic travel. You will oversee tenant relationships, property operations, service contracts, budgeting, financial reporting, capital planning, lease compliance and vendor management while working closely with an experienced Property Administrator and internal support teams.

Compensation
