About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Property Manager with exceptional property management and project management skills. You will work closely with our onsite leasing, maintenance, and operations teams. The ideal candidate must be agile, quick to respond, and highly capable of cross-functional team coordination and direction.

This role requires regular travel to the office and all properties, with visits to monitor onsite maintenance and external contractors. Availability on weekends and off-hours may be required for property-related work or emergencies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate with all suppliers working on our properties and ensure timely deliverables.
2. Assist the Resident Experience Manager with in-person tasks related to resident relations.
3. Prepare schedules for the maintenance team based on received tickets and recurring tasks.
4. Verify that all maintenance tasks meet quality standards.
5. Monitor and quality-check work by external contractors/vendors.
6. Work with the accounting team to verify vendor bills.
7. Report progress or issues to leadership regularly.
8. Escalate recurring issues or delays.
9. Maintain and update master files for each property.
10. Collaborate with leadership and finance to ensure properties operate within budget, meet revenue projections, and complete all deliverables on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Property Management or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a property manager, preferably in multi-family buildings.
• Strong organizational skills with a proven track record managing multiple properties.
• Ability to respond quickly and adapt to changing needs in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel regularly to properties and coordinate with vendors.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly coachable and inquisitive.
