Job summary

Campus Living Centres is seeking an Off-Campus Housing Coordinator to oversee all building operations, tenant relations, lease signing, office administration, housekeeping, maintenance, finance, and staff development.

You will lead a team across Finance, Sales & Marketing, HR, Administrative, Maintenance and Health & Safety, ensuring compliant, efficient operations and positive tenant experiences. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Must possess verbal and written communication skills.
• Must possess decision making ability.
• Must be able to handle multiple projects at once.
• Must be able to provide leadership to staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations and control revenues and expenses.
• Lead Sales & Marketing initiatives related to lease agreements and tenants.
• Direct and supervise staff across property operations and health & safety compliance.
• Coordinate administrative tasks, maintain logs, and document complaints and responses.
• Inspect properties and approve maintenance with vendors, ensuring esthetic and functional standards.
• Ensure safety policies (OHSA) are followed and records maintained.
