Job summary

Campus Living Centres is seeking a Leasing Ambassador to fill bedrooms, generate traffic, and assist with resident relations on the Kingston property. You will tour prospects, match roommates, and manage move-in/out activities while maintaining a polished image and high service standards.

Successful candidates will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with all assigned leads for potential new residents.
• Close leads and convert them into residents on the property.
• Tour prospect, virtually or in person.
• Cold calling, texting and emailing all leads.
• Generate traffic via promos or giveaways.
• Respond to emails professionally and promptly.
