Brio Insurance in Winnipeg seeks a Property Insurance Specialist III to manage personal lines policies and complex contracts for homes and belongings. You will assess client needs, tailor coverage, and manage premium billing while promoting Brio products.

The role requires progressing toward a Level 3 Brokers license, strong communication, and accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Starting salary aligns with band; on-site work in St. Mary’s area.

Qualificações

• Working towards Level 3 Brokers Insurance license.
• Understands coverage limitations for vacant dwellings, seasonal rentals, Course of Construction, mobile homes, etc.
• Strong customer service orientation and professional communication.
• Ability to follow standardized policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of risk management within the insurance industry.
• Proficient computer skills and general tech aptitude.

Responsabilidades

• Process personal lines policies and complex contracts for residential homes and personal belongings.
• Identify client needs and tailor insurance packages and coverage.
• Recommend and implement coverage, premiums and payment collection; promote Brio Insurance products and services.
• Respond to emergencies and assist clients with claims.
• Write new policies with multi-location and boat coverage independently; maintain Personal Lines book >$750K.
• Assist with training and may supervise branch staff.
