Job summary

Brio Insurance is seeking an Auto & Property Insurance Specialist II in Winnipeg, Manitoba, to handle auto and personal lines policies, including complex contracts for homes, boats, and valuables. The role focuses on client needs, risk guidance, and policy endorsements.

You will manage personal lines renewals, write new multi-location policies, and assist with claims, under supervision of a licensed broker. The position offers a competitive salary and benefits in a dynamic insurance team.

Responsibilities

• Process a variety of personal lines policies and contracts related to residential homes and personal belongings.
• Process basic insurance transactions and auto policies.
• Service a Personal lines book of $550K in premiums (subject to Manager discretion) and quote new home policies.
• Identify client needs and provide information on varying insurance packages to meet client needs.
• Respond to emergencies and assist clients with their claims; promote Brio Insurance products and services.
