Responsibilities

• Process basic insurance transactions and auto policies.
• Handle auto and basic insurance transactions under supervision.
• Identify client needs and explain basic insurance products and coverage.
• Recommend and implement coverage, premiums, and collect payments; promote Brio/Interlake products.
• Support department goals and participate in staff meetings.
• Maintain open communication with staff for a friendly work environment.
• Adhere to risk management and confidentiality policies.
