Job summary

Brio Insurance in Manitoba is seeking an Auto Insurance Specialist I to process basic insurance transactions and auto policies under supervision. You will identify client needs, explain coverages, and promote Brio/Interlake products while maintaining accurate records and complying with risk-management policies.

Qualifications

• Level 1 broker license or pursuit of one
• Desire to serve clients in a friendly, professional manner
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
• Knowledge of Brio Insurance products and services
• Knowledge of risk management within insurance
• Proficient computer skills

Responsibilities

• Processes basic insurance transactions and auto policies
• Under supervision of senior broker, handle auto and basic insurance transactions
• Identify client needs and explain coverage and policy features
• Recommend coverage, premiums, and collect payments; promote Brio/Interlake products
• Support department goals and attend staff meetings
• Maintain policies with adherence to risk management, confidentiality, and fraud policies
