Allstate Canada is seeking a Manager, Property Field Claims to lead a high-performing team of Field Property Advisors across Ontario and to drive exceptional customer experiences. The hybrid role supports catastrophe response, performance metrics, and continuous process improvement while travel throughout Ontario is required.

You will coach staff, interpret coverages, supervise investigations and estimating, and partner with internal teams to meet strategic objectives and ensure high engagement

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive Property Claims experience.
• Leadership, supervisory, or technical leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of property claims, coverage interpretation and estimating.
