Allstate Canada Group seeks a Property Field Claims Manager to lead a team of Field Property Advisors across Ontario. You will drive performance, oversee coverage interpretations, investigations, and large loss management, while ensuring outstanding customer experiences and strong operational leadership.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, travel within Ontario, and coach a workforce focused on continuous improvement and accountability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive Property Claims experience.
• Leadership, supervisory, coaching, mentoring, or technical leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of property claims including coverage interpretation, investigation, estimating, and claim resolution.
• Proven ability to coach and develop employees while driving performance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout Ontario.
