Allstate Canada Group is expanding its National Bodily Injury team and seeks a Litigation Specialist, Casualty Claims Bodily Injury. You will manage full litigation files, guide defense counsel, and secure timely, fair resolutions across varying complexity.

Reporting to the Manager Casualty Claims Litigation, you will interpret policy wordings, assess exposures, review counsel reports, approve settlements within limits, attend mediations, and mentor junior staff.
