CLV Group is seeking a reliable Property Cleaner to join our Parkway Park Community operations team in Ottawa. This hands-on role emphasizes attention to detail and delivering clean, safe living spaces for residents.

You will perform routine cleaning, assist with snow removal in winter, and follow safety protocols. CRC and professional references are required; benefits include three weeks of vacation and medical coverage for dependents.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, laundry rooms, and common areas.
• Empty garbage and dispose of waste properly.
• Occasionally perform deep cleaning and refinishing floors.
• Respond to cleaning work orders from the property management team.
• Occasionally engage in snow removal during winter months.
• Inspect common areas daily and report maintenance issues.
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE as assigned.

CLV Group is seeking a Property Cleaner to join our operations team at our Parkway Park Community. This hands‑on role is ideal for a reliable and detail‑oriented cleaning professional with a customer‑first mindset, committed to creating and maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming living spaces for our residents.

Compensation:

• $18.00 - $19.00/hr based on skills and experience.
• Three weeks of paid vacation per year, starting on day 1 of employment.
• Additionally, all employees participate in our comprehensive benefits program, which includes health, dental, and prescription drug coverage for both employees and their dependents.

Responsibilities

In addition to the responsibilities typically expected of a cleaning professional, responsibilities will include:

• Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, laundry rooms, and common areas to ensure high hygiene standards.
• Empty garbage and ensure that waste is disposed of safely and properly.
• Perform occasional deep cleaning including scrubbing baseboards, cleaning appliances, and refinishing floors.
• Respond to any cleaning work orders submitted by the property management team.
• Occasionally engage in snow removal during winter months.
• Perform daily inspections of common areas and report any maintenance issues to the property operations team.
• Follow all safety protocols and use all assigned personal protective equipment appropriately.

Qualifications

• Friendly, respectable, and community minded, with strong interpersonal skills.
• Previous cleaning experience considered an asset, but is not required.
• Comfortable working both independently and part of a team.
• Ability to perform a variety of repetitive physical tasks, including bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods of time.
• Basic English verbal communication skills are required.

Additional Information

• The successful candidate will be required to complete a Criminal Record Check (CRC) and provide professional references as a condition of employment.
• Participation in an after‑hours rotational emergency response team may be required.
