Tricon Living is seeking a Property Administrator for ROQ City in Toronto. You will be the visible on-site presence, delivering service excellence and operational support to residents and the property team.

The Property Administrator is a visible and trusted presence within the community, helping shape how residents experience their home each day. Working closely with the on‑site team, the Property Administrator delivers service excellence through timely, thoughtful support and careful attention to the details that matter most to residents while also serving as an essential operational partner to the property team.
ROQ City is located in Toronto's Moss Park neighbourhood at Richmond, Ontario and Queen Streets, with direct access to the Queen Streetcar and nearby bike routes. The property is close to Corktown, the Garden District, the Distillery District and St. Lawrence Market, with easy access to the downtown core.
This position requires employees to work onsite.
$47,340.00 - $65,087.00
This position is eligible for an attractive benefits and wellness package and an incentive opportunity of: 7%
