Job summary

Tricon Homes in Toronto is seeking a Maintenance Technician for ROQ City to support resident experience and property operations. You will respond to maintenance requests, perform repairs across plumbing, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and carpentry, and coordinate with on-site teams to ensure timely, quality work.

On-call duties are required, and you will help maintain common areas, units, and safety standards while delivering professional, service-driven solutions for residents and property

Responsibilities

Combining hands-on technical expertise with a strong customer service mindset, they respond to maintenance requests, completes repairs and supports the reliable day-to-day operation of the property. Working closely with residents and the site team, the Maintenance Technician takes ownership of each service request from assessment through completion.
