Job summary

Recipe Unlimited Corporation is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Lease Administrator to manage our lease portfolio, maintain records, and ensure compliance across brands. You will input critical terms, monitor key dates and process rent, CAM and property tax reconciliations.

Minimum 1–3 years in lease administration, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with Lucernex, CoStar, Yardi, MRI or Visual Lease are required. We offer a flexible/hybrid environment and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Commercial Real Estate Lease Administration
• Solid understanding of commercial lease structures, processes and terminology
• Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field
• Proficiency in lease administration software (Lucernex, CoStar, Yardi, MRI, Visual Lease)
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Abstract and input lease terms, dates, financial commitments into lease management software (Lucernex)
• Maintain up-to-date digital lease documentation files
• Monitor lease expirations, renewals, rent increases and notice deadlines
• Review rent statements and reconcile CAM and property tax
• Process rental payments for CAM and property tax reconciliations
• Review and update CAM and property tax estimates annually
• Serve as primary point of contact for landlords, property managers and internal partners
• Ensure compliance with lease terms and insurance certificate requirements
• Assist with landlord estoppel certificate requests

Recipe is looking for a skilled Commercial Real Estate professional to step into the role of Property Administrator. In this position, you will oversee our commercial real estate lease portfolio, which involves maintaining the lease database, processing rent payments, upholding financial and contractual compliance, and acting as the primary liaison with landlords.

What you will do in this role:

• Abstract and input critical lease terms, dates, financial commitments, and clauses into lease management software (e.g., Lucernex)
• Maintain up-to-date digital lease documentation files
• Monitor key dates including lease expirations, renewal options, rent increases, and notice deadlines

Financial Management & Billing

• Review rent statements and annual reconciliation statements for accuracy
• Process rental payments for Common Area Maintenance (CAM) and property tax reconciliations
• Review and update annual Common Area Maintenance (CAM) and property tax estimates

Compliance & Communication

• Serve as the primary point of contact for landlords, property managers, and internal business partners regarding lease obligations
• Ensure full compliance with lease terms and insurance certificate requirements
• Assist with landlord estoppel certificate requests

What we are looking for from you:
