RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust in Calgary is seeking an experienced Leasing professional to negotiate leases, build tenant relationships, and manage the economic and legal aspects of new tenancies and renewals.
Reporting to the AVP, Leasing, you will develop tenant pipelines, prepare offers to lease, monitor performance, and collaborate with brokers and senior management to optimize revenue.
Reporting to the AVP, Leasing, the position is responsible for negotiating leasing contracts with tenants and maintaining tenant relationships. Responsible for all economic and legal aspects (documentation) of creating new tenancies and renewals.
