Job summary

Rogers Sports & Media in Vancouver is seeking a Promotions Specialist to coordinate contests, promotions, ticket giveaways, and audience communications across JACK and KiSS, ensuring compliant, timely execution. You will partner with Content Directors, Talent, Sales and Go-To-Market teams to plan campaigns, manage timelines in Monday.com, and drive audience engagement while supporting revenue objectives.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential as you juggle multiple

Qualifications

2+ years of promotions, marketing, media, radio, events, or audience engagement.
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Experience with social media platforms and email marketing tools.

Responsibilities

Coordinate contests, promotions, ticket giveaways, and audience communications end-to-end.
Partner with Sales, Content Directors, Talent and Go-To-Market teams to support campaigns.
Develop and maintain contest rules and regulatory documentation.
Create and manage online contest pages and assets.
Lead prize fulfillment, winner verification, and distribution.
Coordinate national promotions and promotional events.
Track projects, timelines, and status updates in Monday.com.
