Position: Projects Supervisor

Reports to: Projects Manager

We are seeking a Projects Supervisor to join our Projects and Engineering team. This role involves supervising the millwright team to ensure project assignments are completed efficiently and safely.

You will work alongside the Projects Manager to lead a skilled, motivated team to success. This dynamic environment requires a self-starter who can handle pressing priorities, offering an excellent opportunity to demonstrate leadership and contribute to continuous improvement as we expand. It also provides a chance to develop your leadership skills and grow your career within a progressive, family-owned company.

Experience

  • At least 5 years of supervisory experience in the food manufacturing industry.
