Job Title: Project Coordinator

Location: Calgary (Hybrid: On-site Mon, Tue, Thu)

Primary Focus:

Seeking a skilled Project Coordinator with expertise in occupancy and space planning, project execution, and stakeholder engagement. This role supports strategic business decisions through data-driven recommendations and space optimization.

1. Coordinate multi-stream workplace projects, ensuring timely and budget-aligned delivery
2. Develop space and occupancy plans using Tango and provide data-driven recommendations
3. Collaborate with stakeholders on space planning, layout design, and migration planning
4. Maintain accurate occupancy data, floorplans, and project documentation
5. Deliver clear, insightful reporting for decision-making and policy compliance
6. Forecast O&M and Capital costs, lead reconfigurations, and support change management
7. Ensure adherence to corporate standards and educate stakeholders on policies
8. 7+ years in space/occupancy planning, project coordination, or interior design
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and PowerPoint
10. Experience with CAFM systems (preferably Tango)
11. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
12. Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management capabilities
13. Understanding of architectural drawings and facility layouts
14. Project Management certification is a plus
15. Travel: Up to 10% (within Canada)
16. Must operate with a high degree of accuracy, discretion, and customer focus
17. Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team
