Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years Retail or Trade experience is an asset.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Follow Home Depot's GET Model: Greeting, Engaging, and Thanking customers.
• Escort customers to appropriate merchandise across departments.
• Ask open-ended questions to determine needs and project scope.
• Promote services such as Special Services, Tool Rental, Pro Desk, Pro Services.
