Qualifications

• Strong communication and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet, engage, and thank customers in the department.
• Assess customer needs and guide to products and services.
• Promote services such as Tool Rental, Pro Desk, and related services.
• Maintain stock, signs, displays, and cleanliness of the department.
• Educate customers about the whole project and available options.
• Follow safety and loss prevention policies and procedures.
