Contract Glaziers Inc, a multidisciplinary building envelope contractor in Windsor, Ontario, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead projects from planning through completion. You will manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and quality, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and adherence to plans.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in CM/Engineering/Architecture (Master’s preferred), 5+ years of project management experience, and PMP/CCM/OSHA training is desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 5+ years of proven experience managing construction projects of varying size and complexity.
• Certification such as PMP, CCM, or OSHA training is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, methods, and building codes.
• Proficiency in construction project management software (Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Plan and preconstruct projects with budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
• Direct on-site and office operations, manage subcontractors and equipment.
• Monitor progress against budgets and schedules; implement corrective actions.

****Signing Bonus and Relocation Assistance****We are a multidisciplinary building envelope contractor seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from planning through completion. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and quality standards while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
