Job summary

Infrastructure Ontario, a Ontario crown corporation based in Toronto, is seeking a Project Scheduling Specialist to lead scheduling across a multi-billion-dollar capital portfolio. The role focuses on administering framework schedules, reviews, and schedule risk analysis to support procurement, design, construction, and close-out phases.

The position requires strong communication, collaboration, and quality management skills, with expertise in Primavera P6.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in project planning and scheduling across large infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management concepts and application to schedules.
• Experience with Public-Private Partnership (P3) models and non-P3 delivery methods.
• Knowledge of schedule risk analysis and quantitative risk assessment methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Administer scheduling frameworks across a portfolio of capital projects; develop and maintain schedules and reports.
• Review schedule performance, identify risks and delays, and recommend mitigation actions.
• Analyze baseline, updates, recovery schedules, narratives, and monthly progress reports for compliance.
• Support procurement by developing scheduling requirements for RFQ/RFP/PA and evaluating submissions.
• Coordinate collection, validation, and reporting of project schedule information.
• Perform delay analyses and forensic schedule evaluations to support claims and disputes.
• Contribute to schedule risk management activities and enterprise-wide scheduling standards.
