Ledcor is seeking a dynamic Scheduler with a strong background in infrastructure projects to join our growing division. We're managing a variety of exciting projects, and we need someone passionate about optimizing schedules to ensure successful delivery. As part of the True Blue team, you'll collaborate with diverse project staff, providing technical scheduling expertise to keep projects on time and within budget. Experience with TILOS (Time-Location Gantt Chart) is highly valued, as you'll use this software for creating schedules that represent both time and location aspects. Essential Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and distribute project schedules, including updates.
2. Monitor and report on work progress and issues affecting the schedule.
3. Assist in developing work schedules for Estimating prior to proposals, illustrating work sequences and contract timelines.
4. Maintain master schedules, recording impacts of work performed/not performed, resource loading/leveling, baselining, look-aheads, and what-if analyses.
5. Integrate information from all disciplines into a cohesive schedule. Analyze data and report on progress, critical path, earned value, and schedule issues.
6. Understand changes in construction sequences and paths. Provide input on work priorities and timelines to discipline leads.
7. Effectively communicate schedule updates and outcomes in an appropriate format.
8. Interface with operations, subcontractors, vendors, and owners to discuss impacts and resolutions.
9. Develop corrective actions and mitigation strategies based on schedule and critical path analyses.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience on rail projects is an asset.
• Engineering Degree or Technology Diploma.
• Thorough understanding of construction execution strategies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Primavera (P6), and TILOS.
• Experience developing and maintaining resource-loaded schedules.
• Understanding of Earned Value Measurement reporting.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
