Onni is seeking a Project Sales Administrator to join the Vancouver-based sales and marketing team. The role focuses on supporting project sales, handling on-site operations, presenting project information to the public, and contributing to weekly sales and marketing discussions.

The position is located in Metro Vancouver with a strong emphasis on detail and timely execution. The ideal candidate will have sales or customer service experience, Mandarin as an asset, and a solid work ethic with

Qualifications

• Completion of Grade 12 is required or asset.
• Post-secondary education is an asset.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset.
• Background in real estate is an asset.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Access.
• Must have a strong work ethic and time management.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter who works well in team and solo settings.

Responsibilities

• Work onsite with a project sales team.
• Greet and present project information to the public.
• Responsible for daily sales center operations.
• Responsible for contract and inventory management.
• Provide market feedback to Head Office.
• Participate in weekly sales and marketing sessions.
• Assist Sales & Marketing in property sales launches.
