Onni Vancouver is seeking a Project Sales Administrator to join the sales and marketing team in Metro Vancouver. You will greet visitors and present project information, while managing daily sales center operations and contracts.

The role requires strong time management, multitasking and a proactive, team-oriented attitude in a fast-paced environment. Benefits include a comprehensive package and learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Completion of Grade 12 Post-Secondary education is an asset.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset.
• Background in real estate an asset.
• Strong time management skills and ability to multitask.
• Excellent work ethic and team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Work onsite with a project sales team.
• Greet and present project information to the public.
• Responsible for daily sales center operations.
• Responsible for contract and inventory management.
• Provide market feedback to Head Office.
• Participate in weekly sales and marketing sessions.
• Assist Sales & Marketing in property sales launches.
