Could you be the full-time Project Material Manager in Toronto, ON we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your project management and supply chain expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside a collaborative and forward-thinking team of professionals.
You'll play a central role in ensuring the smooth delivery of materials and products for one of Canada’s largest public transit transformation projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Procurement, Installation, and Customer teams), coordinate material flows, and ensure quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) commitments are met, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of project-specific product deliveries and material management, but also coordinate industrial processes and mitigate risks.
We’ll look to you for:
Managing industrial scope and material flow for the project
Coordinating Quality, Cost, Deliverable commitments across teams and stakeholders
Ensuring alignment with procurement strategies and project objectives
Overseeing the Bill of Materials and obsolescence management plans
Collaborating on the industrialization of logistics flows to optimize lead times
Driving demand to Industrial Operations and ensuring timely material delivery

A degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
3 to 8 years of experience in project management, sourcing, or engineering roles
Good understanding of industrial, supply chain, and logistics processes
Knowledge of product/system technical requirements and project management practices
Experience working with SAP or similar systems
Strong communication and organizational skills
A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
