Position Overview :
We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager to oversee and deliver a wide range of O&M projects across our portfolio of onshore wind farms. This role involves managing maintenance campaigns, retrofit programs, repowering, site upgrades, and client-led initiatives from inception through to completion. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with commercial acumen and proven project delivery skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver O&M and CAPEX-related projects on operating wind farms
- Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and risk registers
- Lead cross-functional teams including field technicians, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Manage stakeholder communication, including clients, regulatory authorities, and internal departments
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations
- Oversee procurement and logistics of equipment, tooling, and services
- Monitor and report on project progress, budget performance, and milestones
- Conduct post-project reviews and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Support contract negotiation and change order management where required
Required Qualifications & Experience :
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related technical field
- Minimum 3–5 years of project management experience in the wind energy or broader renewable sector
- Strong understanding of wind turbine technology, maintenance procedures, and O&M lifecycle
- Familiarity with QHSE standards and regulatory requirements within the wind sector
- Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and project reporting tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to site locations as needed
Preferred :
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Prince2 certification
- Experience with SCADA systems, condition monitoring tools, or asset management software
- Prior experience working for or with OEMs, ISPs, or asset owners
