We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Toronto.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan, organize, direct, and control assigned construction projects.
2. Participate in internal planning and project monitoring meetings.
3. Coordinate start-up, site meetings, and other project activities.
4. Plan main works, materials, equipment, and tools.
5. Produce and update project schedules.
6. Track shop drawings and manage change notices.
7. Obtain necessary authorizations for project execution.
8. Implement and supervise health and safety prevention programs.
9. Coordinate and manage health and safety at work sites.
10. Provide accounting with project progress information and oversee invoicing.
11. Supervise project completion and make corrections if necessary.
12. Ensure contract modifications are valid and compliant with laws and regulations.
13. Manage non-compliance reports and project documentation.
14. Oversee site accessories such as waste containers and jigs.

Required Skills:

• Additional technical training in civil engineering, architecture, or related fields.
• Ability to read plans and specifications.
• Knowledge of construction processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Project.
• Completion of the OHS course for construction sites.
• Strong teamwork, proactivity, organization, and professionalism.
