ServcoCanada Inc. is seeking a Term Project Manager for a ~6‑month Snow Lake, Manitoba project. The role offers potential for transition to a full‑time position based out of Winnipeg or Regina with travel to site 1–2 weeks per month.

The Project Manager will oversee project execution, ensuring work is completed on time, within scope, and to high quality standards, while fostering collaboration among a diverse trades and specialists team.

Qualifications

• Legally entitled to work in Canada with long-term work authorization.
• Resides in Winnipeg, Manitoba or surrounding area.
• Valid driver's license and own transportation (bus not available).
• Willingness to travel to Snow Lake, MB 1-2 weeks per month.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction or industrial sector.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent time management to meet milestones.
• Familiarity with quality management principles.
• Experience with CMiC Software and Advanced Excel is an asset.
• Demonstrated leadership to supervise teams.

ServcoCanada Inc. is seeking a Term Project Manager for our Snow Lake, Manitoba project for approximately 6 months. This role offers the opportunity to gain experience on a major project, with potential for continued project assignments upon completion. Subject to operational needs, there may also be an opportunity to transition to a full‑time permanent role based out of our Winnipeg or Regina office, with travel to site as required. This role will be based out of either our Head Office in Winnipeg or our Regina office with travel to site 1-2 weeks per month.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction or industrial sector.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent time management skills to ensure project milestones are met.
• Familiarity with quality management principles and practices is essential.
• Experience with CMiC Software and Advanced Excel skills is an asset.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively.
