Job summary

Herauf Modular in Regina is seeking a Project Manager/Superintendent to oversee commercial and residential construction projects from planning through to completion. You will manage multiple projects, ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards, and collaborate with clients to capture requirements and objectives.

You will lead project teams, monitor costs, identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and drive profitability while maintaining current building code compliance and safe

Qualifications

• Experience in Construction Management
• 3-5 years of experience in commercial construction project management
• Strong understanding of Commercial and Residential Construction
• Must have reliable transportation
