Con-Tech General Contractors Ltd. is seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our growing team. We are looking for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and can successfully manage civil, industrial, infrastructure, and commercial projects from pre-construction through completion. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, field-oriented, safety-focused, and capable of building strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage construction projects from start-up to closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets and forecasting.
• Coordinate field operations with Superintendents and site teams.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and procurement activities.
• Review drawings, specifications, contracts and scope requirements.
• Monitor project productivity costs, and quality control.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and client expectations.
• Attend project meetings and provide progress reporting to management and stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting systems.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of Project Management experience in construction.
• Experience in civil, industrial, municipal, or commercial construction preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and project controls.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications and contracts.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience in Procore is an asset.
• Valid drivers license and ability to travel to project sites as required.
• PMP, Gold Seal, or construction-related certifications are considered an asset.
