Lead and manage structural restoration and repair projects, ensuring successful delivery from initial planning through to project completion. Define project scope, specify deliverables, and estimate and control project duration. Review and approve deliverables to ensure compliance with client objectives. Provide guidance and training to Project Associates and junior staff in executing projects, including preparation or review of specifications, schematic design, and contract administration. Act as the primary point of contact for clients and contractors, ensuring effective conflict resolution and efficient project execution.
