Job summary

Insight is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee client and internal projects with accountability and visible leadership. You will devote most of your time to directing programs, driving profitability, and ensuring successful delivery while shaping regional practices.

Qualifications include a four-year degree, 10 years of IT services or related experience, PMP within 6 months, and PMI membership is desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university.
• 10 years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in the IT services, IT Operations or professional services industry.
• PMP certification is required within 6 months of placement in PM role.
• Active PMI membership is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the operations and administration of assigned projects and programs.
• Provide visible leadership, accountability and authority over high profile projects and programs delivered to Insight clients or internal leadership.
• Devotes 90% of time to leading and managing projects and programs; 10% to business development.
• Oversee delivery of Insight projects and programs and help develop new opportunities for future business.
• Drive best practices, standards, and methodology to regional practices and ensure profitability and customer satisfaction through change management.

• Work with internal leadership to help drive best practices, standards, and methodology to the regional practices.
• Ensures the change management process is utilized in order to maintain profitability and ensure customer satisfaction.
