Job summary

Insight is a Fortune 500 Solutions Integrator guiding organizations through cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, and intelligent edge. We seek a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, client-facing IT and business transformation projects within the PMO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of project management experience with at least 5 years client-facing.
• Proven ability to manage complex client-facing projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong financial management experience (budgeting, forecasting, margin management).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple complex projects and programs simultaneously across clients and industries.
• Own full project lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and financial forecasts.

About the role

As a Senior Project Manager, you are responsible for leading the successful delivery of complex, client-facing IT and business transformation projects within the PMO. This role provides end-to-end ownership—from initiation through closure—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to client expectations and Insight’s project delivery standards.
