Chartwell Retirement Residences is seeking a bilingual Project Manager to deliver technology and business improvement initiatives across Canada. The role emphasizes building relationships, navigating ambiguity, and driving decisions to keep projects moving.
You will lead cross-functional teams, partner with IT and business stakeholders, and ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems while balancing scope, budget, and timelines.

The Solution Delivery team partners with teams across the organization to deliver technology and business improvement initiatives. Our projects include finance systems, care applications, operational improvements, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives that help our business operate more effectively.
We are looking for a bilingual Project Manager who thrives on delivering meaningful change. This role is ideal for someone who builds strong relationships, works well through ambiguity, and keeps projects moving by bringing people together, solving problems, and driving decisions.
Please note: Chartwell operates residences across Canada, including Quebec. Fluency in both English and French is required to effectively communicate with stakeholders and support project delivery across the organization.
