Now Hiring : Project Manager / Senior Project Manager

We’re currently hiring a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager , depending on your experience and career goals. This role is ideal for someone who is :

Key Responsibilities

Own project performance in terms of budget, schedule, safety, and client satisfaction.

Lead and support project teams (coordinators, superintendents, admin, etc.).

Run client meetings and clearly communicate project status, risks, and resolutions.

Manage contracts, scopes of work, and change orders.

Maintain strong site presence and oversight where required.

Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of learning and support.

Communicate consistently with leadership and clients.

Protect Colony’s financial, legal, and reputational interests throughout each project.

What You Bring

Experience managing construction projects (preferably structural steel and design-build).

Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Availability to fully engage during work hours without frequent personal distractions.

Familiarity with construction contracts, pricing, and safety / QC standards.

Experience with tools like MS Project, Excel, Outlook, Teams.

A mindset focused on learning, growth, and problem-solving.

Demonstrated employment stability and integrity.

PMP certification is an asset but not required.
