Job summary

Appnovation in Vancouver is seeking a strategic and technically fluent Project Manager to lead complex Web and CMS digital transformation initiatives, overseeing the full lifecycle from discovery and solution design to development, launch, and post-launch optimization.

You will manage cross-functional teams, serve as the primary client contact, report to the Delivery Director, and drive enterprise-scale web and CMS implementations including replatforming, multi-site, and headless deployments,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Project Management in a digital agency or consulting environment.
• Strong understanding of modern web architecture and multi-platform integrations.
• Experience delivering enterprise Web and CMS implementations (Drupal/AEM/Sitecore/headless).
• Experience leading large client-facing teams and complex project logistics.
• Excellent stakeholder communication across business and technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise Web and CMS projects (replatforming, multi-site, headless).
• Manage project scope, budgets, schedules and profitability.
• Facilitate discovery workshops and translate requirements into delivery plans.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, RAID logs and status reports.
• Oversee resource planning, forecasting and EOC tracking.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to integrations and content migration.
• Participate in pre-sales including RFP responses and SOW development.
• Build strong client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Drive governance and continuous improvement of delivery processes.

• We are seeking a strategic and technically fluent Project Manager to lead complex Web and CMS digital transformation initiatives. In this role, you will oversee the full project lifecycle — from discovery and solution design to development, launch, and post-launch optimization
• You will manage cross-functional teams including strategists, UX designers, architects, developers, and QA specialists while serving as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients
• You will report to the Delivery Director and play a key role in driving successful, scalable digital platform implementations
• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-scale Web and CMS projects (replatforming, multi-site, headless implementations)
• Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and profitability
• Facilitate discovery workshops and translate business requirements into actionable delivery plans
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, RAID logs, and status reporting
