Project Manager - Residential Renovations

About the Role

We’re looking for a Project Manager who thrives on structure, takes pride in workmanship, values great communication, and can lead renovation projects from start to finish. You’ll coordinate trades, create and maintain schedules, track budgets, and keep the client experience smooth and professional. You’ll also provide support to our sales and estimating team.

You’ll be a key part of our success—helping us deliver renovations that we’re proud to put our name on.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and manage projects using JobTread
• Create and maintain detailed project schedules
• Coordinate trades and subcontractors
• Monitor daily progress and log updates
• Handle change orders, budgets, and client communication
• Track in-house labor costs and help manage our performance bonus program
• Perform final walkthroughs and ensure smooth project close-out
• Support sales team with sales calls and site visits
• Support estimating team with creating estimates for new projects

What You Bring

• 5+ years in residential renovations & new construction
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with JobTread (or similar platforms)
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and crews
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Journeyman Carpenter or construction-related certification
• Extensive hands-on framing experience
• Experience managing in-house labour and trade partners
• Knowledge of Alberta Building Code and permitting
• Experience estimating renovation and new construction projects
• Sales skills
