Your Role Within The Team

Reporting to the Director of Readiness Waste Management and RP, the Project Manager, Readiness, will be responsible for aspects of engineering, procurement, and construction delivery within the program scope, including:

  • Developing comprehensive project plans and detailed Retube schedules with support from project control groups.
  • Serving as the main contact for internal and external stakeholders from a readiness perspective, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
  • Ensuring all aspects of nuclear and industrial safety are followed according to safety programs and standards.
  • Reviewing project procedures, plans, and technical documentation.
  • Ensuring personnel qualifications are in place before each Retube series.
  • Leading a multidisciplinary project team, facilitating communication and collaboration among engineers, project management, and stakeholders to ensure readiness for each Retube series.

The Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field with 8+ years of project management experience.
  • Leadership, managerial, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of tooling and retube processes is desirable.
  • Experience managing direct reports within a project delivery model.
  • Understanding of project delivery methodologies, including earned value, critical path scheduling, and inspection plans.
  • Experience in nuclear and construction projects.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and customer relationship skills.
