Corix in British Columbia (Canada) is seeking a Project Manager (Project Delivery) to lead district energy and utility infrastructure projects from design through handover. You will own the delivery lifecycle, make timely decisions, and manage diverse stakeholders including consultants, contractors, and municipalities.
The role requires 5+ years in engineering and construction, with a P.Eng. or eligibility, and a PMP/LEED being assets. Hybrid work and regular site visits are expected.
Are you a decisive project leader who takes ownership, drives clarity, and moves complex infrastructure projects forward? Corix is looking for a decisive, solutions-oriented Project Manager (Project Delivery) to lead district energy and utility infrastructure projects from design through construction, commissioning, and handover — someone who takes ownership, drives clarity, and moves complex projects forward even when information is incomplete. You'll play a key role in advancing Corix's low-carbon district energy portfolio across British Columbia and North America, including some of the region's most innovative systems such as Richmond City Centre, UBC Westbrook Place, SFU UniverCity, Victoria's Dockside Green, and beyond. Corix is proud to offer a flexible working environment. We embrace hybrid work, with in-office collaboration guided by the needs of the role, opportunities for development, and what best supports the team.
You lead rather than just manage — comfortable taking ownership, making informed calls with incomplete information, and driving outcomes without relying solely on formal authority. You navigate competing technical, commercial, operational, and regulatory priorities, and use strong communication and credibility to build trust and alignment across diverse stakeholders. You identify problems and propose solutions proactively rather than waiting for direction, and bring structure and clarity to fast-moving, ambiguous project environments.
The starting salary range for this position is CAD $95,000-$115,000 annually, with the final salary determined by the successful candidate's skills, experience, and anticipated impact within the role.
