What You’ll Be Doing :

• Lead the Charge : Oversee daily construction operations with precision and confidence
• Master the Schedule : Develop and track construction timelines using earned value methods
• Negotiate Like a Pro : Handle contracts, revisions, and negotiations with ease
• Coordinate with Confidence : Manage sub-contractors and ensure project alignment
• Own the Numbers : Monitor job costs, forecasts, and collaborate on billing
• Be the Bridge : Serve as the key liaison between clients, contractors, and internal teams
• Deploy Resources Wisely : Optimize people and equipment for maximum efficiency
• Champion Safety & Quality : Uphold the highest standards in HSE and QA

What You Bring to the Table :

• Credentials : P.Eng, Applied Technologist, or equivalent trade experience (PMP is a plus!)
• Experience : 7–10 years in project management, especially in heavy industrial settings
• Expertise : Strong background in equipment installation, and bulk material handling
• Tech-Savvy : Proficient in MS Project or Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office Suite
• Driver’s License : Valid license and access to a vehicle
